Welcome to LVReserve.com and thank you for utilizing our reservation services. Please review these terms thoroughly, as use of the LVReserve.com website implies that you have accepted all policies included below. If for any reason you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you should not use the services provided by LVReserve.com.
1. Our Services
LVReserve.com offers business consumers the opportunity to submit requests for price quotes on a wide variety of products and services offered by up to 5 of the companies in our partner network. In effort to accommodate the diverse range of requests we receive from business consumers, LVReserve.com maintains a very extensive partner base. However, LVReserve.com does not guarantee that our Vendors can provide quotes for every request we receive.
2. Your Request
You should be aware that each request placed with LVReserve.com is reviewed manually by our Customer Service Department to ensure its validity and then it is matched to the Vendors in our Network who can most likely accommodate the requirements. We cannot guarantee that the Vendors who do respond to your request can meet all of your requirements. If for any reason a request does not look to be of legitimate nature, appears to be from a competitor of our Vendors who are seeking price information, or if it is not filled out in its entirely, the request may be rejected and no Vendors will be alerted of it to provide quotes.
In submitting a request with LVReserve.com you have agreed to allow us to refer all of the information you have provide to up to 5 Vendors in our Network. These Vendors will in turn contact you directly to present their offerings and pricing. They will make contact via the phone or email, and may contact you by any other means that they deem necessary. Vendors will typically contact you within one (1) business day of placing your request, assuming our vendors can meet your requirements.
Your contact information will also be retained by LVReserve.com. You will receive some communications by email to confirm your request and to later provide us with feedback. You may also receive e-newsletters and special promotions from LVReserve.com, but you can opt to be removed from these distributions at anytime.
3. Our Vendors
In admitting companies into our Approved Vendor Network, LVReserve.com makes every effort to ensure that we are dealing with reputable and professional organizations. However, LVReserve.com does not claim to be experts in the various industries which our Vendors operate within and can in no way validate the true quality of their offerings. LVReserve.com does not guarantee the performance of any Vendor whom we refer to any of the companies or individuals submitting requests through our website.
Once LVReserve.com refers a consumer’s requests to the Vendors in our Network, we have no further involvement in any transactions that occur between the consumer and the Vendors. In the event that there is a dispute of any kind between a consumer and a Vendor, whom we have referred to them, LVReserve.com shall be indemnified by all parties from any type of liability for damages incurred by either party.
It is strongly advised that consumers perform their own due diligence on any potential vendor prior to entering into any type of agreement with them.
